Things break, especially on the road, and when they do, not only will you lose the use of your IEMs for a while (and that is no good) but how much will it cost to get you back up and running?
It’s the stuff of nightmares. Fear not. One of the greatest things about UE is the brilliant customer service. From the creation of the customs to the service rendered after it’s the best in the business in my opinion. So Imagine how psyched I was to hear that the new policy of $99 flat rate fixes are in place. So here is how it works.
- Out of warranty
- $99 flat fee for any repairs needed to bring your Ultimate Ears up to spec that are more than a year old from the date of purchase.
- In warranty
- Any IEM (in-ear monitor) that is within the year from the date it was purchase, the repair will be covered under warranty.
Please note UE does not cover remakes. If your UE's are broken beyond repair, you will need to pay 50% of the retail value to get a new set. Also keep in mind that UE will need your broken IEMs returned to them in order to do that.
Contact UE for more information. In the meantime, rock out with confidence. In the unlikely event you need you have to repair your UE's, it won’t cost you an arm and a leg!
