A NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY TIMES
Due to incredible demand, our first UE FITS pre-order batch has sold out. We want to be transparent about delivery expectations and work with you on any concerns that you may have. We will ship each order to the best of our abilities.
- UE FITS Orders placed before Nov. 20th are still expected to ship prior to Dec. 23rd. Orders with more than one color may ship separately.
- UE FITS Orders placed after Nov. 20th are still expected to start shipping, in the order they were received, starting January 2021.
- UE FITS Orders placed today are expected to ship by the end of January.
Unfortunately shipping timelines look a bit different this year, because more people will be holiday shopping online, carriers are expecting record volume. This will lead to unexpected shipping delays.
If you would like your CSX at home Fitkit to arrive in time for the Holidays:
- Order UE CSX before Dec. 17th to get your Fitkit in time for the Holidays.
- Audiologist impressions need to be received by Dec. 10th if you'd like your Earphones in time for the Holidays.
If you finance your purchase with Affirm, your first monthly payment is due approximately one month after your purchase is finalized. Please note that due to the extended delivery times, your loan payment(s) may be due before you receive your order.
